Vincent Pastore enlishted in the US Navy and ran a club in New York after serving. He befriended Matt and Kevin Dillon and decided to become an actor. He is well-known for playing Italian-American mobsters in such films as Goodfellas, Carlito's Way, The Jerky Boys, Witness to the Mob, Mickey Blue Eyes, Made, and Corky Romano. He appeared in multiple episodes of such television series as Law and Order, The Sopranos, Son of the Beach, The Practice, Queens Supreme, and General Hospital.

Vincent has also appeared in a number of reality programs. He partook in the fourth season of Celebrity Fit Club, in which he lost 29 pounds. He also competed in Celebrity Apprentice, Celebrity Family Feud, Shark Tank, and Famous Food.
