TC was the head counselor at Camp Rolling Hills, where he clashed with Angela Baker until she killed him. He is Angela Baker's 21st victim.

TC is easy going until he believes his campers are endangered. His carefree attitude serves as a foil to Angela's strict nature.

TC is the head counselor at Camp Rolling Hills. His laid-back approach to leading the campers is at odds with Angela's authoritarian style. TC tried several ways to befriend Angela, but Angela blew him off every time.

TC’s death

After Anthony, Judd and Ally go missing, TC spends the entire day trying to find them. When he later finds out Angela has "sent them home", he gets Uncle John to fire her. Angela refused to leave the camp and took Molly and Sean hostage. TC went to kick Angela out of the camp personally and got his face melted off with battery acid by Angela. There is an error in the movie, his corpse is shown when Sean enters the cabin but TC was killed afterwards, it is his corpse because his face mutilated and his left earring is on the corpse.
