Background[]
Born into a wealthy Texas family, Peter had an obsession with firecrackers. He was one of a handful of teenagers selected to attend Camp New Horizons in New York.

Sleepaway Camp III: Teenage Wasteland (1989)[]
He serves as a major villain of the film. Peter arrived with the other teenagers at Camp New Horizons and participated in Tawny Richards' news segment. He listened to Lilly Miranda's orientation, then changed into a camp shirt with the other boys. He was placed in Herman Miranda's group with Angela, Snowboy, and Jan Hernandez. After scaring Angela with his firecrackers, she blew his face off by sticking one in his nose. Angela puts his corpse in a cabin afterwards.
Character[]
Peter has an affable nature, but he isn't very serious. Peter is also an active prankster and relaxed teenager, his constant playful pranks on Angela would earn him her ire. He is also best friends with Snowboy.
