Leah was one of counselor Angela Baker's girls at Camp Rolling Hills, where she was killed for being a tattle-tale. She is Angela Baker's 20th victim.

After Angela killed Demi, Leah went in the room and saw Demi's corpse. Angela then closes in on Leah, who says she did nothing, but Angela says she might tell someone, Angela then stabs Leah multiple times, killing her.

Leah’s body is relocated with the other victims except the truck driver, Uncle John, Charlie, Emilio, Diane, and Rob, at the abandoned cabin.

Leah is a tattletale, and is constantly threatening to others who break camp rules that "I'm gonna tell on you". She likely does this in order to remain in favor with the counselors, is a strict person who honors rules or she likes getting others into trouble. Leah was consistently mocked for being a tattletale.

Angela kills her because she might expose the killings.

Named after Brat Pack actress Leah Thompson. Julie Murphy, the actress who portrayed Lea, was born in April 1971 and is currently married.
