Bobby had big plans for his life that were cut short by Angela Baker. He was a member of the privileged campers and had Lilly for a counselor.
Not realizing she was transgender or a psychopath, Bobby put the moves on Angela during a trust excercise. Angela used Bobby's infatuation with her to lure him into a death trap, dragging him to death with Lilly's Jeep. She later puts his armless corpse next to Riff's in a cabin.
