These characters were campers at Camp Arawak. They threw sand at Angela Baker and her cousin Ricky Thomas after Meg, cheered on by Judy, threw Angela in the water. She (He at the time) gets revenge on them by killing them by hatcheting them. Their bodies were found by Eddie (and when he called Ronnie, mistakenly said "3 of them?", but in actuality, it was 4, not 3). There were actually 5 campers that threw sand at Ricky and Angela, but one of them didn't die because she, another camper (Who didn't throw sand at Angela and Ricky) and Eddie left so Eddie could take them back to their cabin. They are Angela Baker's 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th victims.
They were mentioned by Camp Rolling Hills camper Phoebe in Sleepaway Camp II: Unhappy Campers.
